RedotPay is a stablecoin-based payment app with virtual and physical crypto cards. Its standard issuance fees are USD 10 for a virtual card and USD 100 for a physical card. Identity verification is required, and registration, app access, card issuance and physical delivery have separate country restrictions. Check eligibility before paying or adding funds.
Standard published charges
Issuance, crypto conversion, currency and ATM charges are different costs. Check the current in-app quote for your card and transaction.
| Charge | Published fee | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Virtual-card issuance | USD 10 | One-time standard fee; any promo price must be confirmed at checkout. Official source ↗ |
| Physical-card issuance | USD 100 | Physical delivery eligibility is a separate check. Official source ↗ |
| Card management / monthly / annual | USD 0 | This does not remove transaction, conversion or withdrawal charges. Official source ↗ |
| Crypto conversion | 1% | Include this when supported crypto is converted for a payment. Official source ↗ |
| Non-card-currency transaction | 1.2% | An additional fee where the transaction currency differs from the card currency. Official source ↗ |
| ATM withdrawal — USD card | 2% / 3% | 2% up to USD 10,000 per month; 3% on the amount above that. Physical card required. Official source ↗ |
| ATM withdrawal — HKD card | 2% | Conversion and currency fees may also apply. Physical card required. Official source ↗ |
Do not read the 1.2% currency fee as the entire transaction cost. Funding method, exchange rate, network, transaction type and third-party charges can affect the final amount. Account-specific spending and withdrawal limits should be checked in the app.
Country and identity checks
RedotPay's service-reach claim of 100+ countries does not establish card issuance or shipping eligibility. Passing KYC is only one part of the process.
